Victorian Ballet School was founded in the late 1950's and was originally a feeder school for the company Ballet Victoria.

Our method of ballet allows our students to present more free movement, musicality
and quality in their work. Something that is important to the Victorian Ballet School, passed down
through generations, is knowing that a great standard and teaching method is presented through all our studios. 

The school has expanded over the years, originally starting at the Syndal studio then encompassing
the Balwyn, Wantirna and five years ago the Box Hill and Glen Iris studios. 

We are still expanding and believe in the principles that have inspired current and past teachers and students
at the Victorian Ballet School for over fifty years. We look forward to you becoming a part of our ballet community.
